Super amazing!!! Everyone was really lovely and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. My hair is still bouncy and curled even though my shoot was 4 days ago. Didn't recognise myself in a great way. Couldn't recommend them more.

I had a really great experience. Hair and makeup was better then I could have asked for and during the photo session I felt super comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend the photos and the experience :)

Please make 1000% sure you like your photos before signing anything, don't sign unless you've red the papers and also if you feel overwhelmed (which can happen when you see the results after your shoot). There is no cancellation when you pay cash or using payment options. It's actually very sad. It's all about business after your shoot. Just be careful ladies. I wish the photographer can give a person time to go home and think about the photos before signing, it's very expensive for the photos, even if it's digital photos. I also felt the hair and makeup girl wasn't very friendly towards me, I was already on my nerves. The girl had a problem that my hair was a little damp on a rainy day and told me my hair extensions and my own hair will mold if I leave it wet but the lady after me hair was wet and the hair and makeup girl just blow dried it with no problem. The makeup and hair girl also told me about my eyelids that are hanging when I nervously decided which makeup I want to use, I know I'm getting old. This is just my experience, not happy, I just wanted to get out and the photographer took her time with paperwork covering herself and not me as a client.

They bullied us for months to pay their cancellation fee or to book another appointment, stay well away from these people they have no moral business accumine. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

I had a wonderful experience at Exclusive. I was so comfortable from the moment of getting my make up done (which looked amazing), down to getting my photoshoot. Claire was so lovely and put me at ease as this is something I had never done before. I was in disbelief to see how amazing I looked up in the viewing room. The pricing is a smidge high but it was honestly so worth it and I can’t wait to look back in a few years time and go “dammmmn I look good”. Thanks again Ladies

• Lack of photo editing• Will not provide their Company Policy upon request• Made me feel trapped and ambushed when it came to payment• Were never honest with pricing until after the experience is over• $200 per Photo! With a discount (voucher)• Followed a strict procedure so I was unable to do my own ideas (posing and style of photo)• Only did boudoir even though I requested to do ‘normal’ phots as well• Shoot went for only 45 mins when I was promised 1 hour (so we had extra time to do ‘normal’ photos as well)• Final photo quality is very poor and unprintableAs you can see in their responses to other reviews, all they do is attack and explain how you are wrong in all areas. This is exactly how I was spoken to over the phone. I was yelled at and ignored. Everything I said, they had a planned-out response to either avoid my questions or blatantly say that I was wrong. Even when I was explaining how I was feeling she continued to yell at me and belittle me which only made me feel worse. This company has some lovely staff but the intentions behind the other, higher up staff are unacceptable.I had an awful experience through this company and they have not tried to make it any better because they know they have my money and I can’t get it back. That is all they care about, not the happiness of their customers. Please do not support this company by giving them any business.

I can only rate this experience 5 stars. Claire and Lauryn are just exceptional, their time, care and ability to make you comfortable and confident is second to none. I would recommend Exclusive Photography to anyone that asked and will definitely be back for shoots in the future.
